Market site indeed... You could always add the site name and you would be marketing. Duh... Just kidding, try to enter forums and blogs that discuss products or interests that might bring people to your website. A video game website might need to roam game forums in order to create buzz. How do you think Google and Yahoo became so popular. They developed a business plan and utilized their strengths and managed to harness the internet. It take a lot of devotion and time, but it should work.

There are many ways to market a small business on the web. You can buy banner ads, text links, or use PPC. However, the best way is to get listed in a bunch of portals. Portals and directories are like phone books, and they often provide a lot of traffic because they tend to rank high on Google.
